About the Audubon Flock (189KB PowerPoint)

The traditional strength of Audubon rests on its extensive grassroots network of local chapters, the 26 independent Audubon societies that – together with National Audubon – actively promote knowledge of birds and habitat, conduct citizen-science research and monitoring, present activities to educate people about birds and habitat, and advocate for the environment.

Audubon chapters sponsor birding festivals and field trips, and helps people become good stewards of our earthly home. Chapters welcome participants of all ages with all levels of knowledge.

Find the chapter nearest you to meet new friends, learn about birds and the environment, and enjoy the wonders of connecting with the natural world!
