Is your chapter planning an ACOW? Want to learn more about what goes into planning this weekend event?

For many years a binder called The Whitebook was passed from chapter to chapter with all sorts of information. Over the years some of the information remained relevant and some became outdated. Instead of continuing to pass a hard copy it was decided it might be easier to put the information online for anyone to access at anytime.

Below is our best attempt to provide useful information for planning a successful, enjoyable ACOW weekend. Remember every ACOW is unique, so feel free to use the resources below as much or as little as you want.

If you have additional questions, please contact Jamie Morgan via email or 360-786-8020 ext. 206.

And don’t forget to check out when your chapter is scheduled to host an ACOW.
