Watch for Mallards, Northern Shovelers, Hooded Mergansers, Northern Pintails, American Wigeons, Ring-necked Ducks, Lesser Scaups, Western Grebes, Double-crested Cormorants, Dark-eyed Juncos, Chestnut-backed Chickadees, House Finches, Spotted Towhees, and Red-breasted Nuthatches. |

Walk road to water’s edge and onto small dock to spot water birds. Look for songbirds in the brush. |

From Hwy 2 at milepost 4.9, take Hwy 9 south. Drive for 1 mile. Turn left (southeast) onto Bickford Ave. Drive 0.2 mile. Turn left (south) onto Ave D. Drive 0.1 mile. Turn left (east) onto Ferguson Park Ave. Drive into park |
